Driven by a lifelong passion for supporting first responders, James founded Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus in July 2001. From the very start, it was about more than just a business. Brindlee was about making sure fire departments had the reliable equipment they needed to protect their neighborhoods and make it home safe. James wanted to bring the industry closer together. In 2016, he created Solomon Safety Group to unite various fire service brands under one roof, shifting the focus to collaboration. Through thoughtful growth and a dedication to teamwork, this collective family of companies works hand-in-hand toward a single, shared purpose: bettering the fire service as a whole and giving first responders the unified support they deserve.
